Bob Van Rossum
CEO, Founder and Managing Partner
Bob Van Rossum has been a leader in the executive search industry for more than a decade. He has placed senior leaders from presidents to CMOs to heads of strategy and just about everything in between. In addition to being the founder, strategic visionary and CEO of Pax Gabriel, Bob is also the leader of our marketing and financial services practices.
Prior to founding Pax Gabriel, Bob served as president of MarketPro, the nation's leading executive search and contract staffing agency specifically focused on marketing talent. At MarketPro Bob was responsible for overall strategic direction, growth and management of the company. Under his leadership, MarketPro experienced unprecedented growth and developed into a technology leader and innovator, earning the distinction as the go-to search firm for marketing executives and interim marketers.
Prior to joining MarketPro in the late 1990s, Bob led Comac's Atlanta facility into profitability. A division of Iron Mountain, Comac is the United States' leading literature fulfillment company. When Bob joined the Atlanta facility, it was losing money fast. Within 18 months, he turned it into one of the top performing facilities in the country.
Bob served for five years on the Executive Board of the Atlanta Chapter of the American Marketing Association (AMA). He is also the founder of the Atlanta CMO Roundtable.
Bob is a graduate of the University of North Carolina - Greensboro, where he earned a bachelor's degree in Finance. He currently resides in Atlanta.

Beth Martin is a thought leader in the area of interim executives. Her experience in placing senior-level talent on an interim basis allows today's corporations to quickly and effectively define and reach unique business goals. A proven leader and dedicated team player, Beth holds 16 years of experience in sales, marketing and account management. Her exceptional career is highlighted with rapid advancement and consistent achievement through building long-term relationships based on integrity and trust. She continues to establish strong professional partnerships with clients by listening to their goals, objectives and issues, and helping to build strategies to find and utilize the best talent.
Prior to joining Pax Gabriel, Beth was a top performer at AQUENT and MarketPro, two companies leading the way in the interim talent movement. At MarketPro, Beth was highly successful in expanding the interim talent business in markets across the country. During her career, she has worked for such notable companies as Nortel Networks and Ford.
Beth earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Oglethorpe University, where she graduated with honors. She currently resides in Atlanta.
